Product Description
Powerful Degreaser for Kitchen Equipment
- Highly Concentrated Formula: Alkaline and solvent formula designed for powerful degreasing of kitchen equipment.
- Ready-to-Use: Concentrated formula ready for immediate use, offering simplicity and cost-effectiveness.
- General-Purpose: It is suitable for degreasing a variety of surfaces, including ovens, grills, furnaces, fryers, exhaust hoods, kitchen floors, extraction and ventilation filters, and storage surfaces.
- Food Contact Approved: Safe for use on surfaces that come into contact with food.
Use
- Scouring (Carbonized Grease):
- Spray the product neatly onto pre-heated surfaces (40-50°C).
- Allow it to sit for five minutes.
- Scrub with a scouring brush.
- Rinse with clear water and scrape away residue.
- Allow to dry.
- Surface Degreasing:
- Use with a foam gun at a 5 to 10% dilution (5L can).
- Apply foam to the surfaces to be treated.
- Allow it to sit for five minutes.
- Scrub with a brush if necessary.
- Scrape away the foam and rinse with clear water.
- Allow to dry.
- Equipment Heavy Duty Cleaning: Use a minimum concentration of 5%.
- Soaking Equipment and Floors:
- Prepare a 10% Decappol solution in hot water.
- Soak the equipment or floors.
- Scrub and rinse thoroughly.
Dosage
- Adjust the dosage according to the specific use case.
