Product Description:

Ultra-concentrated liquid drying and neutralizing rinse aid is designed to automatically wash dishes, containers, and utensils during the rinsing cycle in industrial machines and self-cleaning ovens. Suitable for all water hardness levels up to 40ºHF, this non-foaming product performs well in high agitation and high-temperature environments. Its unique surfactant blend accelerates drying and enhances the shine of tableware, glassware, cutlery, and stainless steel. Fully biodegradable.  

Applications:

Ideal for use in cycle or continuous tunnel washing machines, effective at rinsing temperatures between 60-85ºC. Technical Characteristics:

Conservation and Storage:

Store in the original tightly closed container, protected from cold, intense heat, and direct sunlight. Avoid freezing.

Safety and Handling:

• DANGER: Contains propoxylated ethoxylated alcohols.
• Hazards: Causes serious eye injuries.
• Precautions:
  • If you have eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water for several minutes. If it is easy to do so, remove your contact lenses and continue rinsing. Seek immediate medical attention.
  • Dispose of contents and containers by hazardous waste regulations.
  • Do not consume. Keep out of reach of children.
  • It is restricted to professional use.

How to Use:

Apply with a peristaltic dispenser:

• Cycle Rinsing: Dose 0.2 to 0.8 g/liter of water with an injection mechanism in the rinsing tank, with rinsing cycles up to 25 seconds.
• Tunnel Rinsing: Dose 0.2 to 0.7 g/liter of water with an injection mechanism in tunnels with journeys of 25 seconds.
