Short Description

Biotechnological degreaser ensuring efficient degreasing of surfaces such as ovens, grills and fryers. This product can be used on surfaces that are sensitive to alkaline, such as aluminium, vitro ceramic, glass or varnished surfaces. Food contact approved.

There is no delivery charge, or minimum order. 

For orders in Ireland, we deliver your orders with our own van. For orders outside Ireland, you will receive through courier.

If there is STOC in the product title, it usually takes 3-4 weeks. One of the main reasons for this is that the products are not easily available in the market, and the company is working hard to make it available to our customers.

USE:

 

•Â For the cleaning of surfaces: ready-to-use. Spray the product neat on to the surfaces to be treated, pre-heated to 40-50°. Leave to act for 5 to 10 minutes. Rub with a scouring brush. Rinse with clear water and scrape away. Leave to dry.

 

• For the cleaning of hood filters: 1% to 5%. Soak for 1 hour in a container. Rinse with clear water.

 

• For cleaning fryers: 1%. Fill the fryer with a solution of Polbio Enzygrill and let it soak. Rinse with clear water.
