Neodisher Alka 2 Dishwasher Detergent
Designed for use in washers for containers, pots, pans, baking trays, and utensils in the bakery and meat industry. Suitable for commercial baking trays and pan washers.Performance Spectrum:
- Effectively removes food residues, especially protein and starch, and residues of meat, sausage, and pastry products.
- It is compatible with china, ordinary plastics, stainless steel, aluminium, and aluminium alloys. Anodized aluminium articles should be tested first.
Special Properties:
- The active chlorine-free formula ensures a safe and hygienic cleaning process.
- Exhibits excellent material compatibility, minimizing the risk of damage to surfaces.
- Suitable for washing dishes in single and multi-tank machines with transport systems.
Application and Dosage:
- Adjust dosage according to the degree of soiling:
- Heavily soiled articles: 2 – 4 ml/l
- Ordinary soiling: 2 ml/l
- Maintain a temperature of at least 60°C in the main wash tank for sufficient hygiene safety.
- Rinse out the dosing system and suction hose with water before changing the product.
- Rinse neodisher® Alka 2 working solution off entirely with water, preferably deionized water.
- Do not mix with other products.
- Store and transport only in original packaging.
Ingredients:
- Contains 15 – 30% phosphates, as per Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 on detergents.
Storage Information:
Store between -10°C and 30°C. It is usable for 3 years when stored as recommended. Refer to the stamp mark on the label behind the hourglass symbol for the expiry date.
