They are designed for cleaning dishes, glasses, cutlery, trays, and working utensils in professional dishwashers across various food processing companies, including professional kitchens, butcher shops, and bakeries. Additionally, it reliably prevents deposits caused by water hardness and is free of active chlorine for a pleasant user environment. For optimal performance, maintain a wash tank temperature between 55°C and 60°C and use with our neodisher compact klar rinse aid. Simplify dosing with an automated compact powder dosing system. Performance Spectrum:

• Intensive cleaning removes all types of food and tanning residues, incredibly stubborn starch residues.

• It is usable with all degrees of water hardness.
• Suitable for glass, porcelain, stainless steel, and alkali-compatible plastics.
• Not suitable for aluminium, anodized aluminium, and light metal alloys.

Application and Dosage:

• Suitable for use in all types of professional dishwashers.
• The dosage amount ranges from 1 to 2 g/l, depending on water hardness and degree of soiling.
• The temperature in the main washing tank should be at least 60°C for sufficient hygiene safety.
• Dosed via the enigmatic compact dosing unit, which can be connected to cold and warm water up to 60°C.

Notes on Application:

• For professional use only.
• The solution must be rinsed off thoroughly, preferably with deionized water.
• Rinse out the dosing system, including the suction hose, with water before changing the product.
• Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the dishwasher.
• Do not mix with other products.
• Store and transport only in original packaging.

Ingredients:

• Contains < 5% non-ionic surfactants and 5 – 15% polycarboxylates and phosphonates.

Storage Information:

Store at a temperature between 0°C and 30°C. It is usable for three years when stored as recommended. Refer to the stamp mark on the label behind the hourglass symbol for the expiry date.
