It is designed for cleaning dishes, glasses, cutlery, trays, and working utensils in professional dishwashers within food-processing companies such as professional kitchens, butcher’s shops, and bakeries.

Performance Spectrum:

• Removes all food residues, including dried-on starch-containing residues and starch and protein deposits.
• Suitable for items with slightly dried-on coffee and tea residues.
• It is especially effective with soft to medium-hard water.
• Compatible with glass, porcelain, stainless steel, and alkali-compatible synthetic materials.
• Not suitable for aluminium, anodized aluminium, and light metal alloys.

Special Properties:

• Exhibits excellent starch dissolving action and good complexing action.
• The phosphate-free and active chlorine-free formula ensures excellent dispersion of food residues and removal of tannin residues.

Application and Dosage:

• Dosed via automatic dosing devices in professional dishwashers.
• Dosing amount varies based on the degree of soiling and water quality:
  • Slightly soiled items or total hardness up to 8.4°d: 1 – 2 ml/l
  • Heavily soiled items or total hardness up to 14°d: 2 – 3 ml/l
  • Heavily soiled items or total hardness > 14°d: 3 – 4 ml/l
• The main washing tank temperature should meet local regulations, with a minimum of 60°C for sufficient hygiene safety.

Notes on Application:

• For professional use only.
• Rinse the Alka 240 solution entirely with water.
• Rinse the dosing system, including the suction hose, with water before changing the product.
• Use automatic dosing devices or systems for economical and controlled dosing.
• Follow the dishwasher manufacturer’s instructions.
• Do not mix with other products.
• Store and transport only in original packaging.

Storage Information:

Store between 0°C and 30°C. It is usable for two years when stored as recommended. Check the stamp mark on the label for the expiry date. Colour change occurs in factory-sealed trade units, but this does not impact product properties relevant to the top location.
